What is Utilities?​

Utilities is our comprehensive telemetry and operational intelligence solution designed for the water, gas, and energy sectors. The platform enables real-time monitoring of consumption data, operational insights, and intelligent analytics to optimize resource management and improve operational efficiency.

Through IoT devices and smart meters, we capture consumption data and operational events, providing you with actionable insights for better decision-making and resource optimization.

How does it work?​

  1. IoT Device Deployment: Smart meters and IoT devices are installed to capture consumption and operational data
  2. Data Collection: Devices continuously collect telemetry data (consumption readings, alarms, events)
  3. Data Integration: Choose between real-time MQTT integration or periodic BATCH integration
  4. Analytics & Insights: Process the data to generate reports, detect anomalies, and optimize operations

Integration Types​

BATCH Integration (.csv or .parquet)​

If you want to receive information in a more organized and filtered way to perform analyses or reports on data generated by IoT devices, and receive this data periodically without the need for immediate response, BATCH integration is the best option! You can choose to receive a .csv or .parquet file with the processed information.

MQTT Integration (Real-time)​

If you want to receive real-time information to monitor events, consumption patterns, or situations requiring immediate response, this is the best option! In MQTT integration, events detected by our IoT devices are sent to a server where your system can process them in real time.
